Get Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and return address.
Sending the product back: Send the product back in good packaging as instructed, making sure to mark the RMA number on the package. - Shipping
Return shipping: All return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for incorrect orders caused by us. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure that we can receive the returned product.
